Each package includes the specified furniture, lighting, and entry tickets as listed. All booths come with access to power and basic amenities. Setup assistance is available on the morning of the event.

Yes, selling is allowed for all packages except the Artist Alley (Paint & See) option, which is for display purposes only. All other packages permit commercial activities including product sales and service promotion.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until all spaces are filled. We recommend applying early to secure your preferred package and location. Priority is given to completed applications with payment.

We accept bank transfers, online payments, and mobile money transfers. Account details will be provided upon application approval. Full payment is required to confirm your exhibition space.
